How do I report damaged or missing items?

At Showplace, we take the quality of our products and your satisfaction with your order very seriously!  

If you happen to receive and damaged or missing item in your shipment, please fill out our Customer Support Ticket with the following information: 

  • order number
  • name associated with your Showplace account
  • short description of the issue
  • attach any photos of the damaged product, if applicable
