      Verifying My Account

      How do I verify my Showplace account and listings?

      In order to successfully join Showplace, you must first verify that you are an active Short Term Rental (STR) host. To do so, you must complete the following steps: 

      1. Create a Showplace Wholesale account (email, password, phone number)

      2. Import your icalendar link for your STR (existing hosts only)

      3. Import your property fields (new to Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

        • Project Name
        • City
        • State
        • Zip Code
        • Planned Completion Date
        • Furnishing Begin Date
        • Total Budget
        • Bedroom Count
        • Bathroom Count
        • Square Footage

      4. Schedule and complete an onboarding interview with a member of our Showplace team

      5. Receive your final verification email from Showplace
